Exhibitor Terms and Conditions
If you sign up as an exhibitor, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions. Exhibitors are responsible for familiarising themselves with both our general policies and the specific exhibitor policies below.
Exhibition
​Exhibitors must staff their stands for the full duration of the exhibition part of the show.
Passes
Your exhibitor pass grants you access to the entire show, during public hours and during setup/pack down times. You will be given a number of passes according to the amount of space you have. A limited number of additional passes are available to purchase at a discounted rate, please contact us if you would like to order some.
Set up and pack down
During setup you should check in with our staff before unloading or starting to set up, they will also give you your exhibitor passes. Your stand must be contained within the boundaries marked on the floor. Please take all rubbish and stock with you at the end of the convention, we will provide you with a bin bag to aid in this.
Promotional Material
Any promotional material must be kept within your stand. You are not permitted to hand flyers out, erect banners or put posters up outside of your area without prior, explicit, permission from one of the Tyneside Games Expo directors. If you are interested in more marketing opportunities it may be worth considering one of our sponsorship packages.
Security
Whilst the exhibitor hall is closed it will be shut down for public access. However, anything left at your stand is done so at your own risk.
