Refund Policy
We understand that life doesn’t always stick to the plan. We want to be fair, flexible, and supportive while still keeping things running smoothly for everyone involved. This policy explains how we handle refunds in a simple, friendly way.

If Your Plans Change
If you can no longer attend, just let us know. We’re happy to offer:

Full refunds up to 14 days before the event.

50% refunds up to 7 days before the event.

Within 7 days of the event we can’t offer refunds, but you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.

If the Event Changes
We will do our best to keep everything running as advertised, but sometimes things shift might need to change.

If we cancel the event you’ll receive a full refund.

If we reschedule and you can’t make the new date, we’ll refund you in full.

If a game, guest, or activity changes we can’t offer refunds outside of our normal policy, but we’ll always communicate changes clearly where possible.
