By purchasing a ticket or attending Tyneside Games Expo (“the Event”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Event is organised by North East Tabletop Events Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Tickets

All attendees must hold a valid ticket for entry.

Refunds are only available in line with our published Refund Policy.
Behaviour & Conduct

We expect all attendees to treat others with respect and kindness.

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove any attendee who breaches this code of conduct without refund.
Children & Vulnerable Attendees

Under‑16s should be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Parents/guardians remain responsible for their children during the Event.
Health & Safety

Attendees must follow all venue rules and any instructions from staff or volunteers.

Please keep walkways clear and use equipment responsibly.

If you feel unwell or witness a safety issue, notify a member of staff immediately.
Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your own property.

We do not accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Photography & Media

Photography and filming may take place during the Event.

By attending, you consent to being included in non‑commercial event photos or videos used for promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please let our team know on arrival.
Games, Demos & Exhibitors

Some games or activities may have age restrictions or limited capacity.

Exhibitors and demo providers are responsible for their own products and activities.

We are not liable for transactions or interactions between attendees and exhibitors.
Changes & Cancellation

We may make changes to the Event schedule, content, or venue if necessary.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, ticket holders will be contacted using the details provided at purchase.
Liability

We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence.

Attendance and participation in games or activities are at your own risk.
